Mrs Jay Sharma is a partner and registered manager. She is responsible for managing the practice and services that are part of the day to day smooth running of the practice, including health and safety and patient services.
Reception team
The reception team is responsible for providing a high quality service to patients that includes: welcoming all patients and visitors into the practice, ordering repeat prescriptions etc.
This team provides a secretarial service to the primary healthcare team, including hospital referrals, insurance reports and queries regarding hospital appointments.
