Handsworth Medical Practice is in the process of establishing a Patient Reference Group (PRG) to gain the views of our registered patients and ensure they are involved in decisions about the range and quality of the services provided by our practice.

What Is A Patient Participation Group?

This is a group of volunteer patients who are involved in making sure the surgery meets patients’ needs.

Why Are You Asking People For Their Contact Details?

The practice would like to be able to contact people occasionally to ask questions about the surgery to see how well we are doing and to identify areas for improvement. we would also like your opinion on new services we may be offering.

Will Any Of The Questions You Ask Me Be Medical Or Personal?

No, only general questions about the practice.

Will Anyone Else Will Be Able To Access My Contact Details?

The contact details will be kept safely and securely. Your details will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.

How Often Will You Contact Me?

Maybe once every three to four months.

What If I No Longer Wish To Be On The Contact List Or Leave The Surgery?

You can leave the group at any time. Just let us know by e-mail or phone if you do not wish to receive further messages.
