Home visits are provided for patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery.

Please telephone the practice on 0121 551 4220 before 10:00 to request one and do give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to visits.

It is usually better and more efficient for doctors and patients if you can avoid a visit and attend surgery.

Remember that clinical examination is best carried out at the surgery.
